How to upload paid SSL certificate
Overview
You can easily install or upload an SSL certificate to your domain using Plesk directly from your Thamara Dashboard.
This guide walks you step by step through logging in, accessing your domain settings, and uploading your SSL certificate files.
Step 1 — Log In to Plesk from Thamara
- Open your Thamara Dashboard: https://dashboard.thamara.cloud
- Go to Services.
- Select the hosting service where your domain is hosted.
- In the sidebar, click Login to Plesk.
Step 2 — Open the Domains Section
Once inside Plesk:
- From the left sidebar, click Websites & Domains.
- A list of all your hosted domains will appear.
Step 3 — Choose Your Domain
- Find the domain you want to secure with SSL.
- Click on it to open the domain management page.
Step 4 — Upload Your SSL Certificate
- Scroll down and find the Security or SSL/TLS Certificates section.
- Click Add SSL/TLS Certificate or Upload Certificate.
- You will see fields to upload or paste your certificate contents.
Step 5 — Paste or Upload the Certificate Files
In the certificate upload area, you can either paste the content of your SSL files or upload them directly.
- You should Enter a name first
Here’s what each field means:
- Certificate (CRT): Paste your SSL certificate text here (from your CA).
- Private Key: Paste your private key text (the one you generated).

- CA Bundle: Paste the intermediate certificate or bundle if your provider includes one.
After pasting or uploading:
- Click Upload Certificate
- Once uploaded successfully, you’ll see it listed among available SSL certificates.
Step 6 — Apply the Certificate to Your Domain
- Go back to Websites & Domains.
- Click on Hosting Settings for your domain.
- Under Security, find the SSL/TLS certificate dropdown menu.
- Select the certificate you just uploaded.
- Click OK or Apply to save changes.
Step 7 — Verify Installation
Once applied, open your website using https://yourdomain.com in your browser.
If installed correctly, you’ll see the padlock icon in the address bar ????.
