How to Modify a User Account in WHM
- Log in to WHM
◦ Go to https://yourdomain.com/whm or https://yourdomain.com:2087
◦ Enter your root username and password
◦ Click Log In
- Access the Modify Account Tool
◦ In the top-left WHM search bar, type Modify
◦ Click Modify an Account from the search results
- Select the Account to Edit
◦ From the list of accounts, choose the one you want to modify
◦ Click Modify next to the account
- Update Account Settings
You can now make changes to any of the following:
◦ Basic Information – username, contact email, domain name
◦ Resource Limits – bandwidth, disk space, or CPU limits
◦ Privileges & DNS Settings – access levels and name server configurations
- Save Changes
◦ Scroll down and click Save
