How to Install a Free SSL Certificate on Plesk

  • Log into Plesk Panel

Go to your Plesk login page and enter your username and password.

  • Select Your Domain

From the left-hand menu, click Websites & Domains , Select the domain name you want to secure.


  • Open SSL/TLS Certificates

Inside your domain dashboard, scroll to the Security section, Click SSL/TLS Certificates.


  •  Install Let’s Encrypt Certificate

 On the SSL/TLS Certificates page, go to More options , Click Install a free basic certificate provided by Let’s Encrypt.


  • Fill the Let’s Encrypt Form


◦ Enter your Email address.

◦ Make sure Secure the domain name is selected.

◦ (Optional) Check Include “www” subdomain if you want to secure www version.

◦ (Optional) Enable webmail and mail domain if required.



  • Verify Installation


◦ After installation, you will see the SSL/TLS Certificate page updated.

◦ The certificate name will show Let’s Encrypt [yourdomain.com].

◦ The status will be Secured with a validity period (usually 3 months, auto-renewed).

◦ Green check marks confirm that your domain, www, and webmail are protected.
