 How to Delete or Terminate an Account in WHM

• Log in to WHM

◦ Go to https://yourdomain.com/whm or https://yourdomain.com:2087

◦ Enter your root username and password

◦ Click Log In

• Access the Terminate Account Tool

◦ In the WHM search bar, type Terminate

◦ Click Terminate Accounts from the search results

• Choose the Account to Remove

◦ From the list of existing accounts, locate the one you wish to delete

◦ Click the Remove button next to it

• Confirm Deletion

◦ When prompted, click Yes, remove this account to confirm

◦ Click the Remove button next to it

 Warning:

◦ Deleting an account permanently removes all website files, databases, and emails. Always back up the account before termination.
