How to Create a Backup in Plesk
1-Log in to Panel.

2. Go to "Websites & Domains"
- Select the domain you want to back up, select Back up / Restore

3. Create a New Backup
- Click the "Back Up" button
- You’ll see backup options:

- What to back up
- Entire account (files, databases, settings)
- Only website files
- Only databases

4. Schedule Settings." if needed "

5. Configure the Schedule.
Choose What to Back Up
- Website files only
- Databases only
- Entire account
Save Settings
- Click "OK" to activate the schedule

Remote Storage
- Open Remote Storage Settings.

Choose Storage Type:

SFTP:---
Select Storage Type: SFTP
Enter Connection Details---

-Test Connection.
-Save Settings.
Click "OK"
6-Create a Backup
- Go back to "Backup Manager"
- Click "Back Up"
- In Store in, select "Remote Storage (SFTP)"
- Click "OK" to start the backup
FTP:---
Open Remote Storage Settings
- Click "Remote Storage Settings"
Select Storage Type: FTP
- Enable "Use FTP storage"
Enter Connection Details

Test Connection
- Click "Test Connection" to verify credentials
Save Settings
- Click "OK"
Create a Backup
- Go back to "Backup Manager"
- Click "Back Up"
- In Store in, select "Remote Storage (FTP)"
- Click "OK" to start the backup.
Restore a Previous Backup
- Click on the backup date you want to restore.
- Choose to restore all the data or selected items.
