How to Access Your Hosting Control Panel (Plesk)

• Log in to your Thamara Client Area

◦ Go to Dashboard 

◦ Enter your registered email address and password

• You can access your hosting services in two ways:

◦ Option 1: From your Dashboard, click the Services box directly.

◦ Option 2: From the top navigation bar, go to Services → My Services.

Both options will take you to the same page that lists all your active Services.

 Click on active to view product details.

• Once you click active, you’ll be redirected to the Product Details page.

On the left-hand side, under the Actions section, you will see multiple options:

◦ Click “Log in to Plesk” to access your hosting control panel.

◦ A new tab will open automatically, and you’ll be redirected securely to your Plesk Dashboard without entering any login details.

• Explore Your Plesk Dashboard

◦ After clicking “Log in to Plesk”, a new tab will open automatically.

◦  Once inside, you’ll land on the Websites & Domains page where you can manage your hosting.

◦ Email Accounts: Create, edit, and manage your professional email addresses.

◦ Database: Access phpMyAdmin, create new MySQL databases, or manage existing ones.

• From here, you can:

◦ Manage Files: Uploads, edit, or delete website files using the File Manager.

◦ Manage Domains & Subdomains: Add or configure domains, subdomains, and DNS records.

◦ Security Settings: Install or renew SSL certificates and enable security features.

◦ WordPress Tools: Manage plugins, themes, updates, and performance settings directly.
